We stand behind every boomerang we make. If you're not happy, reach out and we'll make it right. Note: we reserve the right to deny returns on boomerangs that show clear signs of misuse, heavy wear, or intentional damage.


Return Policy for Boomerangs

All replacements/exchanges for boomerangs are decided on a case-by-case basis in the Company’s sole discretion. We do not offer refunds on any boomerang purchase due to the handmade nature of the boomerangs. Boomerangs may be replaced only in the event that the item was received in a damaged or defective condition. Due to the handmade nature of our product, slight imperfections are not considered defects and are not reason for return.

If You received a product that You believed to be damaged or defective, contact Us within 48 hours of receiving Your order at rileyauer@gmail.com. You must provide photographic or video evidence of the damage.

We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged item for inspection. If returning the product is required, You must send it to the return address: 478 East Beaver Avenue, APT 20, State College, Pennsylvania, 16801. Upon receiving the product, we will confirm the nature of the damage.

If We find, in Our sole discretion, the product to be damaged as a result of manufacturing or shipping, a replacement product will be sent. The replacement will be of no additional cost to You.  

Replacements for intentional damages, misuse, or wear and tear are not covered under this policy.

 

Return Policy for Apparel/Merchandise

Returns on merchandise, apparel, and other non-boomerang items are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. The items are to be returned to the business address 478 East Beaver Ave, APT 20, State College, PA, 16801.

Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state You received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

A refund will be issued once We have received Your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when We receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable.

We aim to process all returns on the same or next business day after receipt of merchandise. After We receive and process Your return, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for Your financial institution to credit Your account. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
